$45 per Month

Tuition Policy:

In order to keep our studio running smoothly, and provide the standards of services we expect to provide, we ask that tuition is paid on time.

TUITION:

Monthly tuition is due the 1st class of the month. After the 10th of the month, a late fee of $15.00 will be assesed to all delinquient accounts. Tuition is accepted in the forms of Cash, Telecheck, Visa/Mastercard and Automatic Withdrawl. Note: DVDA gives a 5% discount monthly for all families signed up for autowithdrawl.

Our tuition policy is based on 4 classes per month. For the convenince of all or families, we choose to not charge different rates per month, depending on amount of classes provided. We do however, expect our families to understand that some months they will receive 5 classes without an extra charge, and some months 3 classes without a pro-rate. Therefore, full monthly tuition is due every month, to keep your child from being dropped from their class. If at anytime you child misses a class, they are welcome to make it up in another class. Please see the make-up policy for further information.

If tuition is not paid by the 2nd class of the month the dancer will not be allowed to attend class. ( We really do not like to do this.We ask that lessons recieved are purchased before the dancers recieve them.)

MAKE-UP POLICY:

1 make-up class per month will be allowed in a 30 day period. Please see the front desk for a list of classes open for make-ups. Make-up classes are available for ACTIVE STUDENTS ONLY. DVDA WILL GIVE NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES.

DROPS: If your child does not want to continue their dance training, a phone call to the office is greatly appreciated, otherwise your account will continue to be billed . If your child is dropped from the class a re-enrollment fee of $10.00 will be charged upon returning to class. If you are on auto-withdrawl, you MUST speak to Miss Beth at least 2 weeks prior to the 1st of the month to ensure your account is not charged. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR DROPS PAST THE 1ST OF THE MONTH!
